Estimate Your Residential Property Taxes

Your 2012 residential property taxes can be estimated by multiplying the individual property assessment value by the 2012 tax rate. To calculate your 2012 tax bill amount, enter the property assessment value from your 2012 Assessment Notice in the box below.

Keep in mind that your property taxes are based on the municipally assessed value of the property, which may differ from the purchase price of the property.

The Tax Rate Bylaw was approved by Council on April 30, 2012. The estimator has been revised to reflect the approved rates.

Please note that the Property Tax Calculator does not include any local improvement levies.

Property Tax Notices will be mailed May 25, 2012. Property taxes are due Friday, June 29, 2012.
