Estimate Your Residential Property Taxes

Your 2013 residential property taxes can be estimated by multiplying the individual property assessment value by the estimated 2013 tax rate. To estimate your 2013 tax bill amount, enter the property assessment value from your 2013 Assessment Notice in the box below. The amount displayed will include both municipal and requisition taxes; local improvement taxes will not be included in this amount.

The Tax Rate bylaw was approved by Council May 6, 2013. The estimator has been revised to reflect the approved rates.

Property Tax Notices will be mailed Wednesday, May 22nd, 2013.
