The City of Red Deer's Revenue & Assessment Services:
- provides fair, equitable and defensible property assessments,
- conducts annual market based assessments,
- assesses businesses located within the boundaries of the downtown Business Revitalization Zone,
- collects municipal taxes,
- collects education and other requisitioned taxes,
- administers the Tax Instalment Plan, and
- responds to taxpayer inquiries.
