Regulated Rate Option

ENMAX provides the Regulated Rate Option on The City's behalf under a contractual arrangement. If you are a residential or small commercial customer in Red Deer who consumes less than 250,000 kWh of electricity per year, you will receive your electricity from ENMAX based on the Regulated Rate Tariff, unless you have chosen a retail electricity supplier.

The City of Red Deer's Regulated Rate Option energy prices for residential and eligible small commercial customers are as follows:
