Damage to your remote readout or its wiring could cause it to under register, affecting the accuracy of your bill.To ensure that these problems do not impact your utility changes, check your water meter and remote readout at least every three months. Ensure the remote readout device, located on the exterior of your house, matches the reading on your inside water meter.
