Seasonal employment may involve full or part-time work and is generally four to eight months in duration.Work normally commences in the spring and typically involves outdoor work, light to heavy manual labour, driving and gardening. Seasonal hiring is required for positions such as Roads, Water/Wastewater and Parks Labourers. A valid Alberta Driver's License is required for all positions. The City of Red Deer will also require seasonal positions such as Lifeguards, Summer Program Assistants, Caretakers and Cashiers.Please submit all applications to the Human Resources department.
