1) When I click on a feature nothing happens?
Make sure you don't have a pop-up stopper blocking the pop-up information window.
2) When I print off the map the street names are not on the map?
In each Web Map theme there is a section in the Legend called "Labels". That legend entry contains street names, addresses and other labels for printing. Turn on the desired labels, then print the map.
3) When I use an Ortho Image it takes a long time for the image to appear on the map?
The closer you are zoomed in on the map before selecting the Ortho Image, the faster the image will display.
4) What should I do if the map seems to take a long time to load?
Sometimes the loading of Web Map can take a bit of time. This depends on what else you have running on your computer, and your computer hardware. You can try closing the web page by
clicking the 'x' in the upper right corner, and re-launch Web Map.
