If you receive a parking ticket, you have the following options:

Reminder: if early payment is received before 10 days have elapsed, you are entitled to pay the early payment fee instead of the full payment amount.

Payment can be made by the following ways:

Pay in person	City Hall Cashiers First floor City Hall 4914 – 48 Avenue Red Deer, AB Hours: Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Closed all Statutory holidays.
Pay by mail - Make cheque payable to City of Red Deer	Box 5008 Red Deer, AB, T4N 3T4
Night Drop Box - drop off after hours in night drop box (no cash please)	at west or east entrance to City Hall 4914 – 48 Avenue Red Deer, AB

Appeal the ticket
If you feel the ticket was issued in error and you are clearly not guilty of an offence, a request for an administrative review may be made by the following means:
