City of Red Deer Timberlands Town Centre
(located in the City's northeast)
The City of Red Deer is currently developing a commercial town centre site in the Timberlands neighbourhood which is located east of 30 Avenue and north of College Park. The centre offers primarily retail, personal service and entertainment uses.
The site will be ready for construction late fall of 2009 and parcels of land will be offered to the public through a Call For Proposal.

East Hill Mixed-Use Town Centre Design Vision
The City of Red Deer Land Department, Parkland Community Planning Services and Stantec Consulting hosted a focus group on Wednesday, October 15, 2008 to seek input from land development professionals, interested business owners and affected community groups for the proposed East Hill Town Centre/Mainstreet Mixed-use districts.
