QUEENS BUSINESS PARK
Development of Phases 1A and 1B of Queens Business Park is well underway, and The City is in the process of accepting
Expressions of Interest (EOI).
Queens Business Park is Red Deer’s newest industrial business park, located south of Highway 11A and west of the Queen Elizabeth II Highway. With approximately 289 acres, Queens Business Park will be predominately zoned light industrial with additional commercial and eco-industrial developments. Delivery of over 100 acres of light industrial and five acres of commercial lots are now available with completion of servicing.
