The City of Red Deer is now selling a lot for the development of a Place of Worship in the Timberlands neighbourhood. Timberlands is The City's newest development located in northeast Red Deer with the lot located in the southeast corner of the neighbourhood. The lot consists of approximately 2 acres (0.809 ha) and the purchase price is $1,080,000.00 being $540.000.00 per acre (not including G.S.T.).
