1. How can I access video from Council Meetings?
Please navigate to
http://meeting.reddeer.ca
to access Streaming Video for all Council Meetings.
2. What is the current availability of Video Streaming?
Live video streaming is available during all public Council meetings held in Council Chambers, located on the second floor of City Hall.
Video streaming will be unavailable during closed Council Meetings and Recess Breaks. Please check the agenda to confirm public Council
meeting times by visiting

Archived videos for all meetings held after September 9, 2011 are also available for viewing at
http://meeting.reddeer.ca/
.
3. When I click on the link, the video displays a black screen. Is there a problem with my computer?
You can confirm that the video stream is working by clicking on the "Video" link located next to the desired meeting. If Council is in a
closed meeting or on a break you will see a static image until Council resumes the meeting.

4. Will I be able to view meetings in real time?
Streaming video will have a delay of up to 15 seconds from the live meeting.
5. What do I need on my computer to access Video Streaming via the Internet?
You will require a web browser such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari or Mozilla Firefox.
The City of Red Deer cannot guarantee the compatibility of your equipment.
6. Will City Staff help me if I have difficulty connecting my computer to Streaming Video?
No. City employees are not available to provide technical assistance and no guarantee is given that you will be able to make a connection with your
device. City of Red Deer employees can not accept any liability for handling your equipment. If you are having difficulty connecting to this service,
you may need to contact your device vendor to ensure that your configuration is set up to access this service. If you have questions regarding meeting
