The first step in the RCMP Application process is to write the RCMP Police Aptitude Test.

PARE - Physical Ability Requirement Evaluation
Pare Testing Dates in Red Deer. Please email or call Red Deer College to Register.
Pare is an occupational test that measures the essential physical capacities to perform police work.
At Red Deer City Detachment, municipal employees are hired through The City of Red Deer. All employment opportunities for municipal employees will be posted by Human Resources for The City of Red Deer.
