Contact Alberta Animal Services at 403-347-2388 if you have a non-emergency complaint regarding an animal. Alberta Animal Services has the contract for animal enforcement within the city of Red Deer. If you have an emergency complaint which is ongoing or where there is imminent danger to a person, call 9-1-1.

What are the hours of operation of Alberta Animal Services?
Alberta Animal Services is available 24 hours a day at 403-347-2388. The telephones are answered between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays and 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Saturday. After hours callers are asked to follow the prompts on the answering machine.
