Arts & Culture Programs

Culture Services and many community partners offer an array of visual, performing, language and literary arts programs for everyone from newborns to seniors.

Programs are offered seasonally, fall, winter and spring.  Summer brings a selection of day camps and festivals for the entire family.

The City programs aim to introduce arts and culture programs to residents of all ages. We work with other community partners to fill gaps or needs for programs. The Fee Assistance Program
The Fee Assistance Program offers financial support to people who are currently facing some financial challenges and want to use City-operated facilities or take part in City offered Recreations, Park & Culture programs or activities.

Pending available funding, the program provides up to $200.00 per year to each eligible person for City Recreation, Parks and Culture program registrations, plus access to recreation facilities.
