Fee for ServiceThe Fee for Service program was developed by The City of Red Deer to provide limited support to not-for-profit arts and cultural organizations in the city. This program is structured as a Fee for Service program to enable The City to assist and support those arts and cultural organizations that clearly demonstrate a need for financial support. This support will help organizations build their capacity to provide a service, to manage an arts facility, to provide facility management services to the citizens of Red Deer, to act as an umbrella organization for arts or cultural organizations, or to encourage those groups and organizations that are developing new programming services for arts and culture.Applications are accepted until the first Friday of December every year for the following year's funding. Requests should be aimed at building an organization’s capacity in terms of program and/or service provision. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, dependent on available funding.
