Michener Aquatic Centre - The City of Red Deer

The Michener Centre is located at 51A Street and 38 Avenue.

The Michener Aquatic Centre has a six-lane, 25 metre indoor pool, a therapy/play pool, a separate dive tank with one and three metre diving boards, a dryland workout area and a sauna.

Red Cross programs include:

Swim Preschool and Swim Kids
Aqua squirts (including adapted for special needs)
Assistant Water Safety Instructor and Water Safety Instructor

Lifesaving Society programs include:

Junior Lifeguard Club Bronze Awards
NLS
Standard First Aid, Aquatic Emergency Care, Oxygen Administration and AED courses are available upon request

We also have:

Water Workouts in both deep and shallow water
lane swim, parent and tot swim, public and family swims
private lessons for all ages
diving lessons
