To register online for programs listed in the Community Services Activity and Program Guide, you require a Client Number and Family PIN. This is the same Client Number and Family PIN that is used for Phone-In Registration.
If you do not know your Client Number and Family PIN or do not have an account, fill out the look n book Application Form.
You will receive an e-mail reply to your online request within three business days.
