The City of Red Deer Recreation, Parks and Culture department is pleased to offer a 24 hour Touch Tone Registration Line for your convenience. Once you set up a client number and family PIN number with us by calling (403) 309-8411during weekday business hours, you can use the phone system or our online look n book. You can also get your PIN numbers online at www.reddeer.ca/looknbook.
If you set up your access numbers online, they will be sent back immediately via e-mail. If you arrange for them by phoning in, you will receive them in the mail in about one week. If the numbers have not been delivered by mail by the time you are ready to register for programs or services, please visit the G.H. Dawe Centre, Recreation Centre or Collicutt Centre for assistance or to register in-person.
Registering by phone or online:
You can register for any programs or services in the Community Services Activity & Program Guide that have this globe symbol ( ) beside them. To register, call the 24 hour Touch Tone Registration Line at 403-309-8555 and have the following information ready:
- Individual Client number
- Family PIN number
- Program codes from the Activity Guide
- Visa or MasterCard Number and expiry date
When the 24 hour Touch Tone system answers, listen for the instructions to complete these steps:
- Enter the PIN number followed by the client number of the person you wish to register.
- Enter the program code for the program you wish to register for.
- Follow the instructions for any additional programs you wish to register for.
- Enter your credit card number and expiry date for payment.
