Registering Online: A Step-by-Step Guide

To register online for programs listed in the Community Services Activity & Program Guide, you require a Client Number and Family PIN. This is the same Client Number and Family PIN that is used for Phone-In Registration.

If you do not know your Client Number and Family PIN or do not have an account, fill out the look n book Application Form below.

You will receive an e-mail reply to your online request within three business days. 

How to Register:

  1. Find the program code in the Community Services Activity & Program Guide for the course(s) that you or your family wishes to take.
  2. Have all of your personal and/or family information ready (listed above).
  3. Navigate through look n book to find the program you are interested in. The Activities Tab will guide you through sections of programs offered by the Recreation, Parks and Culture department.
  4. Once you locate your desired program, click on the 'Add' button.
  5. Enter your Client Number and Family PIN.
  6. Select the name of the family member you wish to register from the Client Selection drop box and click on 'Go to Checkout.'
  7. Enter Visa or MasterCard Number and expiration date, then click on 'Complete Transaction.'
  8. Print a copy of the receipt for your records.

*Note: If you logon prior to the seasonal registration start time you will receive a message indicating registration has not yet begun.
