This application form applies to those residential customers moving within Red Deer. It will allow customers to terminate service at their old Red Deer address and start service at a new Red Deer address.
This application applies to those residential customers who are not currently being billed directly by The City of Red Deer for municipal utility services at their current location. This may include customers moving to Red Deer from another location, or customers moving from apartments or complexes in which the landlord was directly responsible for securing utility service and making utility payments.
