Meter Reads - Water & Electricity - The City of Red Deer

ENMAX reads your water and electricity meters on The City's behalf. They will be reading your meters every month. If for some reason they cannot read your water meter, you may be asked to phone ENMAX at 403-309-4810 with your customer reading. For further information on how to submit your water meter reading to ENMAX, refer to the ENMAX Web site. If no reading can be obtained, The City will estimate your bill.

If you have a concern with your water meter read, check to ensure that the meter reading located on the meter inside your house matches the meter reading on your remote device located on the exterior of your house. Report any differences to the Utility Billing Service Centre. To request a special meter read, contact The City of Red Deer, Utility Billing Service Centre at 403-342-8203. (There will be a cost associated with this if no meter read problem exists.)
