By subscribing to the Pre-Authorized Withdrawal (PAWS) program, the amount of your utility bill will be automatically deducted from your bank account each month.
Once you have signed up for the PAWS program, your only monthly responsibility will be to quickly review your bill. By monitoring your bill and your water usage, you can ensure that problems such as leaky faucets and running toilets do not wreak havoc on the cost of your utilities.

PAWS Instructions:
1. Print the form above and complete all sections. This will instruct your financial institution to make payments directly from your bank account.
2. For chequing accounts, attach a blank cheque marked "VOID" to the completed section B.
3. Once you have completed the form, submit it to Red Deer City Hall using one to the following methods:
