Recreation Centre outdoor pool closure extended until Friday

(Red Deer, Alberta) – The outdoor pool at the Recreation Centre will remain closed for water line repairs until Friday, July 18, 2008. The pool will reopen Friday morning at 10:30 a.m. for public swim.

The outdoor pool closed Wednesday for repair and was originally scheduled to reopen today at noon. The indoor pool and all other amenities at the Recreation Centre remain open.

Swimmers are encouraged to visit one of The City’s other aquatic facilities such as the Michener Centre pool, or the Collicutt Centre which are both open regular hours today. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
