Apply to use Great Chief Park and community sports fields
November 14, 2008
(Red Deer, Alberta) – The City of Red Deer is accepting applications for use of Great Chief Park ball diamonds, football and soccer fields for the 2009 season. Applications will also be accepted for use of community ball diamonds and sports fields.
Applicants should indicate the facility they want to book, the intended use, date and time required and approximate number of people expected to attend including participants and spectators.
In addition, please indicate if your group is planning to hold a tournament.
Charges will apply for use of Great Chief Park and community sports fields (i.e. shale ball diamonds, soccer and football fields). Fees are applicable for games, practices and special tournaments.

Applications should be directed to Nicole Ast, Facility Pass & Booking Specialist, c/o The City of Red Deer, Box 5008, Red Deer, AB T4N 3T4.
The application deadline is Friday, December 19, 2008.
