Collicutt Centre’s Big Beach Bash
November 17, 2008
(Red Deer, Alberta) – Break out the sunscreen and dust off your swimsuit for the Collicutt Centre’s eighth annual Beach Bash on Friday, November 21.
In a fearsome display of pirate hospitality, Enmax Water Park lifeguards will entertain youth ages 8 to 14. They will play games and water sports, dance the limbo, enjoy snacks and have access to all water park amenities.
“The annual Beach Bash gives us an opportunity to offer programming that focuses on youth activity and wellness,” says Monique Pages, Head Lifeguard. “We want to encourage youth to come in, get out of the cold, and enjoy some fun fitness activities.”
The Collicutt Centre Beach Bash runs from 8:30 to 10:30 p.m. and a $12 registration fee is required. Public drop-in ends at 8 p.m. to allow for set-up and organization of the Big Beach Bash.
For more information or to register for the Collicutt Centre Beach Bash please visit
