Water intake and screen building information session

(Red Deer, Alberta) – Construction of a new water intake and screen building will get underway late next week, and citizens can find out more about the project at an information session on Wednesday, August 5.

The information session runs from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Golden Circle Senior Resource Centre. It will give Red Deerians an opportunity to look at the design, environmental considerations, construction issues and benefits of a new water intake and screen building. City staff will be on hand to talk about the project and answer questions.

Accessible transportation is available through the Red Deer Transit Action Bus. To arrange for this service, please phone 403-309-8400, no later than noon on the day of the information session.
