Count yourself in before the census wraps up
April 28, 2010
(Red Deer, Alberta) – Make sure you get counted in the 2010 Municipal Census before it wraps up on Friday, April 30.
Census workers have been out knocking on doors since April 9. Residents are being asked about the number of people living in their household, the genders and year of birth of each person living in the house and if they are a Canadian citizen.
If nobody is home, census workers leave their name and contact information, but people who haven’t seen a City census worker yet should phone the census office at 403-342-8317.
The census office is open Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Make sure you get counted in the 2010 Municipal Census. We’re counting on you.
Census results will be released and posted at
www.reddeer.ca/census
at the end of June.
