Commercial and public service permit values increased significantly. Contributing to the increase in commercial permits was a permit issued to Anderson Builders Group 1989 Inc. for a 16 Unit Condo & Office complex located at 4901 – 46 Street valued at $3.2 million. Also helping with the commercial growth was a permit issued to Treit Holding 10 Corporation for renovations to the Sheraton Hotel located at 3310 – 50 Avenue valuing $3.3 million.
Public service permit values have increased over this time last year with the issuance of a permit to Stuart Olson Constructors Inc for the foundation to the Red Deer Hospital Cancer Center located at 3942 – 50A Avenue valued at $1.4 million, also contributing to public service permits was a permit issued to Trumbley & Hampton Inc for interior renovations to City of Red Deer Fire Station #3 located at 4340 – 32 Street, valuing $1.5 million.
