Residents reminded to move vehicles off city streets to make way for snow plows

December 23, 2010

Residents are reminded to move their vehicles off city streets to allow snow clearing to occur.

A sandwich board is placed on the street 12 hours before The City begins snow clearing to provide notice to residents. It is the responsibility of residents to look for these signs and to move their vehicles. Residents should make arrangements to move their vehicle if they are away. Vehicles not moved off the city streets in time will be towed at a cost of $70, plus the cost of a parking violation ticket.
