(Red Deer, Alberta) – Residential permits remain strong at the start of 2010 and are up by approximately $1.9 million from last January. The construction of multi-attached buildings on Larsen Crescent in Lancaster contributed to the high residential values this month.
Commercial renovations continue at the Michener Center with two permits issued to Cornell Industries valued each at $200,000.
Monthly permit statistics will be posted on The City’s website at www.reddeer.ca/inspections.
