(Red Deer, Alberta) – The City of Red Deer, along with Parkland Community Planning Services, is hosting an Open House to attain public feedback about a Land Use Bylaw amendment application for the development of a commercial/residential mixed use building at the corner of Gaetz Avenue and 55 Street.
The proposed site encompasses two existing lots, a portion of city roads, including 54 Avenue and 55A Street, and a small portion of parks land. The proposed amendment involves a number of land use changes and would require road closures.

A presentation will begin at 5 p.m. and, during the Open House, residents will be able to view the details of the proposed amendment and offer their feedback.
