(Red Deer, Alberta) – The open house on the Joint Planning Initiative (JPI) Background Report scheduled for Thursday, March 18, 2010, has been cancelled. We apologize for this meeting cancellation; however, both Councils agreed that a public meeting was premature until additional work and review had been undertaken.
