Six days remaining for Sport Awards nominations
March 23, 2010
(Red Deer, Alberta) – Red Deerians have until Monday, March 29 to nominate deserving individuals and groups for the 2010 Red Deer Community Sport Awards.
Awards will be presented in 13 categories, including:
Athlete Awards
• Under 12 Certificates of Recognition
• Under 15 Certificates of Recognition
• Junior Male and Female Athlete of the Year
• Open Male and Female Athlete of the Year
• Senior Male and Female Athlete of the Year
Additional Awards
• Team of the Year
• Coach of the Year
• Kendall Dunkle Minor Coach of the Year
• Official of the Year
• Youth Official of the Year
• Volunteer Recognition Certificate
• Local Business Contributor of the Year
• Lifetime Sport Achievement Award
