(Red Deer, Alberta) – The City of Red Deer, along with Parkland Community Planning Services, is hosting an Open House to attain public feedback about a proposed development at the former Harpers Metals site on Kerry Wood Drive.
The development proposed for the site at 5835 Kerry Wood Drive consists of an 86 multi-attached-unit residential development comprised of 24 townhouse units, four eight-unit buildings, and three 10-unit buildings.
The proposed site plans, building designs, parking layout, and landscaping plans will be available for viewing and comments. The developer, Riverpointe Crossing Ltd., and City staff will be there to answer questions between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. At 5:30 p.m., the developer will do a presentation.
