The December 1 Capital Budget Debate that was scheduled to start at 1:15 p.m. on December 1, has now been moved to 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 1.
The Capital Budget Debate will begin at 10:30 with a lunch break from 12 until12:30 p.m. All Council sessions are held in Council Chambers, and citizens are invited to attend.
