Red Deer permit values stable

November 1, 2010

(Red Deer, Alberta) – Permit values in Red Deer saw slight increases in October 2010 in the residential, commercial and industrial areas over September 2010. Once again, the largest increase was in the commercial sector with permit values increasing almost 30 per cent.

Contributing to the increase in commercial values was a permit issued to Shunda Consulting and Construction Management Ltd. for Sunterra Strip Mall at 3215 – 49 Avenue at a value of over $3 million.

Monthly permit statistics will be posted on The City’s website at www.reddeer.ca/inspections
