(Red Deer, Alberta)- At the request of Alberta Fish and Wildlife, Three Mile Bend will be closed to all users until further notice. City of Red Deer Parks staff, Bylaw Officers and Alberta Fish and Wildlife Officers are monitoring the movements of a moose in the park and working cooperatively to reopen the park as soon as possible.
In the meantime, residents are reminded that the Oxbows Off Leash Dog Park is open. The Oxbows is located on 19 Street and 40 Avenue, east of the Westerner complex and south of the Living Stones Church.
