Entranceway Corridors map Related Links:  Red Deer County The City of Red Deer and Red Deer County identified the need for a set of joint corridor entranceway guidelines to promote a common, high standard of design for future development along Highways 2, 2A, 11, 11A and 595 within the Intermunicipal Development Plan (IDP). A coordinated study by AECOM, is underway to develop entranceway corridor guidelines that will be flexible enough to deal with future growth, identify each municipality, reflect our healthy economy and provide the communities with a “sense of place.” Consistent planting themes and features will provide the basis of future entrance corridor development and contribute to attractive and inviting municipalities.
