Civic Centre Project
An open house for public was held on January 29, 2009. An overview presentation was delivered by Group2 Architects and City Manager, Craig Curtis. The proposed Civic Centre is split into two phases and the first phase is scheduled to begin construction at the end of 2010. This building would be located where the existing RCMP building is located downtown. The second phase of the project which is primarily renovations to the library and existing City Hall would not begin until after the completion of phase one.
