What to do if you experience flooding
1) If you experience flooding,
contact your insurance provider immediately.
2) If your insurance provider informs you that your damage is
uninsurable
, please contact the Emergency Management Coordinator at 403-342-8258.
3)
Begin cleanup and restoration immediately
to ensure protection of your health and to prevent further damage to your home and belongings.
4)
Document
everything related to the flooding. This includes: photos of damage, a detailed list of damaged property, and all costs associated with the damage and cleanup.
