The purpose of Parkvale Community - Modest Infill Design Guidelines is to guide infill housing and redevelopment in the existing mature low density residential neighbourhood of Parkvale.
Riverside Meadows is an inner city neighbourhood located immediately north of the Red deer river on the west side of the downtown. The Area Redevelopment Plan provides direction for how the neighbourhood will redevelop over time.
