Mayor's Recognition Awards Committee

The purpose of the Mayor’s Recognition Awards Committee is to recognize individual(s), group(s), or team(s) from the city of Red Deer whose actions have brought honour and recognition to the city of Red Deer.

The Committee has the following responsibilities:

  • Review the nominations that have been submitted by the public;
  • Ensure that achievements are appropriately recognized in accordance with the Award Categories.

We are currently recruiting for two vacancies on the Mayor's Recognition Awards Committee.  The deadline to apply has been extended to Monday, March 12, 2018 at 9 a.m.
