Public Art at the G.H. Dawe Centre
|Type||Large indoor structure|
|Medium||Steel, Glass Marbles|
|Site Location||G.H. Dawe Community Centre|
This large interactive sculpture right outside the Dawe Public Library branch consists of two large steel sheets in the shape of a fish bowl. Students of the two schools and other patrons using the facility helped design the plants and fish that have been interpreted with 20,000 glass marbles that move in their little holes. They are meant to be touched and played with!
