(Red Deer, Alberta)

Building permit values slowed in June but are higher than values in June of 2018.

Commercial and public permit values are significantly higher than last year; however, residential and industrial permit values have both dropped. Year-to-date building permit values remain lower than the first six months of 2018.

Notable permits for June include improvements to a commercial building at 2610 – 50 Avenue and two additions to the Mount Calvary Lutheran Church at 18 Selkirk Boulevard.

Monthly permit statistics are available on The City’s website at: Red Deer Open Data Catalogue.
