Open house scheduled for new Red Deer neighbourhood

Interested residents and other stakeholders are invited to an open house to review plans and provide feedback on the draft Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan (NASP) for NW/SW Section 13, called Benceley.

This neighbourhood is located east of Rosedale and Davenport, south of Highway 11 and north of 39 Street.

Future land use, roads, parks and trails, utility infrastructure, storm water management, and residential density will be available for viewing and input.

What: Benceley NASP Open House
When: 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, February 23
Where: Deer Park Church, 2960 39 Street, Red Deer

A copy of the NASP is available under the Open Houses section at www.reddeer.ca.

Comments can be made until March 3, 2016 in one of the following ways:

  • In person at the open house February 23
  • By mail: City of Red Deer Planning Department, Box 5008, Red Deer, Alberta, T4N 3T4
  • Drop off comments at the Planning Department on the 3rd floor of City Hall at 4914 – 48 Avenue
  • Fax comments to the Planning Department at 403-342-8200
