Booking applications are now being accepted for groups wanting to book Red Deer’s pools, recreation and community spaces for the upcoming Fall & Winter 2018/2019 season.
At this afternoon’s regular Council Meeting, Red Deer City Council passed a Utility Bylaw amendment that will offer residents more control over their utility bill costs starting March 1, 2018.
Safety, cost and availability were highlighted as important factors to consider when The City updates its vehicles for hire bylaw next year, according to an online survey of regional residents conducted in the fall of 2017.
The year got off to a great start with building permits for January 2018 nearly tripling in value in comparison to the first month of 2017.
