Red Deer's Community Based Diversity + Inclusion Plan (pdf) was developed in 2022 with a primary focus of understanding community priorities and recommendations to begin identifying a meaningful definition of success in the adoption of inclusive practices.

The Diversity + Inclusion Activation Guide (pdf) builds on the community knowledge by providing a measurable framework for activating the themes, priority areas and recommendations set out in the Community Informed Diversity + Inclusion Plan.

The Project Summary provides a description of the Project Objectives and how this work connects to the City of Red Deer Strategic Plan, Sustainable Community Development Pillars, and the Social Policy Framework.
