Red Deer Youth Voice

Red Deer Youth Voice Strategy is a community initiative created to engage with local youth and to create a safe space for youth to express themselves and share their experiences in our community. This initiative includes collaboration with more than thirty agencies and organizations that work with local youth.

The Youth Voice Strategy was approved by City Council in November 2019 as a three-year project with a goal to build capacity while increasing youth engagement around community causes and civic projects. Investing in youth will help to ensure they feel empowered and valued as an integral part of the community.
