(Red Deer, Alberta)Building permit values dropped in April, with 94 issued permits valued at nearly $7.5 million, compared with 103 issued permits valued at $35 million in April 2024.
Year-to-date values are lower in 2025, with current values at $35.8 million, compared with $51 million at this time last year.

- Building permit for interior renovations for new daycare facility at 420 4900 Molly Banister Drive, valued at $800,000
