(Red Deer, Alberta)Building permits decreased in February, despite an equal number of permits issued. 52 permits were approved in February with a combined value of $3.6 million, compared with 52 permits issued in February 2020, worth $4.9 million. February’s permit values are up from January, when 60 permits were issued with a value of $2.9 million.
Notable permits include:
- Building permit for exterior façade improvements at 4747 53 Street, valued at $575,000
- Building permit for office building power distribution upgrade at 4831 51 Street, valued at $500,000
- Building permit for detached single-family dwelling with attached garage, covered veranda (no deck or basement development) at 11 Eaton Crescent, valued at $181,973
- Building permit for single family detached dwelling with attached garage, front veranda at 35 Eaton Crescent, valued at $181,713
- Building permit for a semi-detached dwelling with front attached garage, covered veranda at 2 Earl Close, valued at $147,579
